IT Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive business growth by leading sales

efforts for our IT products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track

record in IT sales, relationship building, and revenue generation. The IT Sales Manager will

work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet customer needs, ensuring

the achievement of sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve
the companies revenue goals.

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, developing a strong pipeline of
new business opportunities.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and
existing clients.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos and sales presentations to showcase the
value of IT solutions.

Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure,
negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
to adjust strategies as necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product
development teams to create compelling sales propositions.

Sales Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, presenting progress
and forecasts to upper management.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing
client needs and resolving any issues promptly.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients
and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and
cloud solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
clients at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
